Service Description
Impress your guests with a beautifully arranged grazing table from Everyday Graze. Perfect for any event, from birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, bridal showers, and more! Our grazing tables can feed anywhere from 20 guests up to 250. Let us take the stress out of catering for your event and provide a stunning and delicious grazing table that will delight your guests. For pricing, send us a message or request to book and we will send out a proposal with your parties details. Pricing: APPETIZER SPREAD 20-95 guests - $22 per person 96-250 guests - $20 per person Our Grazing Tables include charcuterie, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and veggies with dips, artisanal jams and honey, chocolates, nuts, fresh breads and crackers. *Want to upgrade your table for a more multi dimensional look? Add props! $50 prop rental fee will be added to invoice. MAKE IT A MEAL 25-95 - $30 per person 96-250 - $28 per person Meal options come with your choice of one of our sandwich items, a salad choice (pasta, green or potato) and a small bite, plus all that's included in our appetizer table. Props are used in this service for an elevated aesthetic. ~What's included in the price per person cost? All food, serving utensils and eco friendly plates, butcher paper, greenery, table design, and pickup of props (if applicable) ~What's NOT included in the price per person cost? Travel fees will be added to invoice depending on the distance of setup location. Additional fees applied if you need or would like a member of our staff to stay for the duration of the event or to replenish the table.
Cancellation Policy
Booking/Cancellation Policy. Booking is preferred at least two weeks prior to event date. 50% deposit is required when booking to secure your date; and is non-refundable. The remainder is due, two (2) days prior to event date. We do accept last minute bookings, that are a minimum of four (4) days prior to event date; with a 50% deposit, that is non-refundable. Cancellations; if you booked two (2) weeks or more in advance, you are eligible to cancel without paying the remainder amount. Deposit will be kept, due to it is non- refundable. If you book less than two (2) weeks prior to event date, you will be billed for the remainder amount owed, even if you canceled our services. We recommend rescheduling. Rescheduling is on an individual event basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if event needs to be rescheduled. We will accommodate as best we can.
