Cancellation Policy
Booking/Cancellation Policy. Booking is preferred at least two weeks prior to event date. 50% deposit is required when booking to secure your date; and is non-refundable. The remainder is due, two (2) days prior to event date. We do accept last minute bookings, that are a minimum of three (3) days prior to event date; with a 50% deposit, that is non-refundable. Cancellations; if you booked two (2) weeks or more in advance, you are eligible to cancel without paying the remainder amount. Deposit will be kept, due to it is non- refundable. If you book less than two (2) weeks prior to event date and cancel, you will be billed for the remainder amount owed, even if you canceled our services. We recommend rescheduling. Rescheduling is on an individual event basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if event needs to be rescheduled. We will accommodate as best we can.
